WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Orders within Australia will generally arrive within 2-6 days, and overseas orders may take between 7-14 days to arrive. This is just a guideline and certain circumstances may effect these times.
Please contact us at hello@shadeeyewear.com.au and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items undelivered due to an incorrect address being entered or the post office/courier not being contacted when you have received a notice of non-delivery.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.
WHAT IF THEY DON'T SUIT ME?
No problem! We offer Try Before You Buy so you can try them at home before you pay! All you need to do is click the Free Home Try-On button instead of the Add To Cart. Your order will process from here as normal, except the money wont be deducted from your credit card.
You will have 3 days after the order has arrived to decide whether you want to keep or return some or all of your order, to which then your nominated credit card will be charged accordingly.

WHAT IF THEY ARE DAMAGED WHEN I GET THEM?
If your sunglasses are damaged in any way when you receive them from the mail, please email us at hello@shadeeyewear.com.au with the details and a photo and we will resolve the issue for you. Please refer to our warranty section here
DO YOU OFFER BUY NOW PAY LATER?
We sure do! Currently we offer AfterPay so you can wear your new sunnies straight away and pay them off!
